All sales are final. Please carefully review your order before purchasing as we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at juliawyld@yahoo.com within 5 days of delivery. To process your request, we kindly ask that you provide proof of damage in the form of: clear photographs of the damaged item. Photos of the packaging, including the shipping label and a brief description of the issue. We may request additional information if necessary.
